  • Please bring a cushion and blanket for breathwork to keep you supported and cosy. Wear comfortable clothes you can move and relax in, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Not at all! This event is perfect for all levels – whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover. Our facilitators will guide you through everything with care and clarity.

  • The full experience will run for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours, giving you time to move, breathe, and unwind fully.

  • Our event will open with a light breakfast and refreshments. You’ll be guided through a beautiful session that includes Pilates, breathwork, and time with our self-care facilitators. Plus, you’ll leave feeling deeply restored – body, mind, and soul.

    All attendees will walk away with a lovely goodie bag provided by our event supporters.
